By train!  Take the 1 to the Rector Street station; exit at Edgar Street, turn around and walk south for 30 seconds

the R to Rector Street is a block away

the 2/3 or 4/5 to Wall Street and the J/M/Z to Broad Street are a 3-4 minute walk away

the A/C/E to Chambers Street and the PATH to World Trade Center are around 8 minutes away

Driving?  3LD is located in the Battery Parking Garage; the garage entrance is just south of the theater entrance, also at 80 Greenwich Street
