Louisville
shout-out!

We’re thinking lots about playwright Mallery Avidon and director Lila Neugebauer, New Georges affiliated artists collaborating on Mallery’s play O Guru Guru Guru, or why I don’t want to go to yoga class with you premiering this month at Actors’ Theatre of Louisville’s Humana Festival of New American Plays!  Humana “is the leading event of its kind, launching new plays into the national spotlight.”  Uh, yeah!  Go, you guys, go!*
Shout-out continues to affiliated artists Anne Washburn, that incomparable one, who’s written 1/3 of Sleep Rock My Brain for ATL’s acting apprentice company; AND the amazing Meredith McDonough, in her first season as Associate Artistic Director at ATL!
Wish we were there!

*plus fab Rebecca Hart is in their play!   Know which New Georges show she was in?
